Sandra is Lecturer in Development Economics at the London School of Economics. Her research interests include the role of infrastructure in development, labour market dynamics and youth unemployment, education and development. She holds a PhD from Harvard University and a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
Hazel is a Health Promotion and Communications specialist. She has an MSc in Health Education, an MA in Social Anthropology and two post graduate Diplomas (in Education and in Human Sexuality). Hazel taught in Further Education for eight years and was then seconded to the Inner London Education Authority as an Advisory Teacher. She was Principal lecturer in Heath Promotion at South Bank University London before moving to free-lance work in developing countries
Dominique is the Chief Minister’s special Representative at HM Government of Gibraltar. Prior to this Dominique was the Editor of the Gibraltar Chronicle having first joined the newspaper in 1984. In 2004 he was made an MBE (Member of British Empire) for services to journalism in Gibraltar. Dominique is a graduate of Essex University with a degree in Sociology of Literature.
