Below are the various other initiatives Kusuma founder founders Soma and Anurag have financially supported over the last few years:

1. Sacred Heart Church
   Soma and Anurag provided the funding for the purchase of new benches for this beautiful Catholic church in Castle Street, Gibraltar.

2. Senior Citizens Panic Button Fund
   Panic button's are highly useful and reassuring tool for the elderly and infirm. The button is connected to a telephone line and pressing it automatically informs the police and ambulance services a person is in trouble. Worn around the neck, the panic button has given many vulnerable people means of getting help when they most need it.

3. Visually Impaired Society
   Funding provided a young blind girl with special computer equipment, broadening her education and ability to communicate with the world.

4. Mar del Sur
   This organisation facilitates intercultural exchange between school children in Gibraltar and Spain. Kusuma's founders have supported Mar del Sur in the past while this year the Kusuma Trust is funding a trip for Spanish and Gibraltar students to London.

5. Project AS Morocco Africa
   This Gibraltar-based organisation has adopted a village in rural Morocco and provides educational material, computers, clothes and other items to families living there.

6. Cursillo Movement
   The Gibraltar Cursillo Movement has been chosen to head the international Cursillo initiative. Soma and Anurag funded equipment for their new head office.

7. Friends del Camino de Santiago
   Soma and Anurag sponsored Friends del Camino de Santiago's annual walk which raised funds for JM Memorial foundation and the Physically Handicapped.

8. Round Table Gibraltar
   Soma and Anurag contributed towards the Race Night held on February 25, 2006. The funds raised during this initiative were donated to the Gibraltar Community Association and Childline Gibraltar
