Grant Applications

There are four stages to a grant application, as set out below. Before applying, please read our grant guidelines

Stage 1

If your organisation’s work and proposed idea/project matches the criteria set out in Eligibility section of the grant guidelines, and are a fit with our strategic priorities, you may complete and submit the Concept Note Form.  We will acknowledge receipt of your application.  Applications can be made at any time.  All applications will be carefully considered by The Trust.

Stage 2

The Trust will contact only those organisations with Concept Notes that are a close fit with our strategy and priorities.  We will set up a meeting to discuss your idea or request further information.  We will inform you of the outcome of this Stage.

Stage 3

Selected organisations will be invited to submit a full Proposal of not more than five pages in length, along with an implementation plan, milestones, proposed personnel and a detailed budget. The Trust will acknowledge receipt of your Proposal and may request clarifications and/or more details.

Stage 4

The Trust will notify applicants of the outcome of their applications.  For grants approved by The Trust, grant agreements will be issued, subject to any further assessment and due diligence of the grantee and any associated partners.
