Partner Capacity Building

Given the challenges that a country size of India presents it is important to make optimum use of the resources available and rope in as much support as we can. We believe that local organizations understand the cultural nuances of any community and are best equipped to understand and address their challenges. With this belief Kusuma is doing a fundraising training for our interested partners. We consider it an important step to make the organizations and their efforts sustainable and scalable for long term impact on the community. The program is designed to train senior staff members to design implement and execute fundraising strategies over a period of six to nine months. The participants are continuously guided throughout the process.

The training is being provided and supported By Gen. Surat Sandhu (retd.) who is also on the advisory board of the Kusuma Trust.
