This week we gave a grant of £13,170 to the National Autistic Society, to go towards the first ever Autism at Work Summit, scheduled to take place in March 2021. The Summit will gather together business and political leaders who are interested in making the working world more inclusive of neurodiversity, particularly autism.

Sessions will showcase best practice from workplaces in the UK and abroad, giving experts the chance to share strategies for adapting work environments and processes to become more accessible and supportive for autistic employees. The Summit will also serve as a networking event for autistic people to meet prospective employers directly. For  details about the event including how to register click here.

Our grant will fund the digital set up and streaming of the summit, helping to widen the reach, ensure the conference can still take place in the event of further tightening of government restrictions on gatherings. We hope our grant will help pave the way for companies to reflect the diversity of the world in their workplaces.
