Chiswick House and Gardens Trust (CHGT) cares for 65-acre Grade-I registered gardens, a 2-acre Kitchen Garden and 1,800 trees, surrounding a 300-year-old Grade-I listed historic house, in west London. The gardens are free to visit and open every day, welcoming more than 825,000 visitors annually. CHGT is about to embark on the development of Cedar Yards, an exciting new creative and community campus.

We are delighted to announce a grant of £250,000 for the creation of the learning hub which will host horticultural and creative learning activities for over 7000 participants a year, including a new programme for schools. The designs for Cedar Yards respect the historic context, provide new access routes and outdoor spaces and utilise sustainable materials and construction techniques.

We are excited to be a part of this exciting new resource at Chiswick House and Gardens .
