We are delighted to award a £50,000 grant to Construction Youth Trust, our second with this organisation!
‘Pathways to Professional Careers’ aims to support up to 70 16–18-year-olds from our focus boroughs to access higher-level apprenticeships in the construction industry. These young people will develop their employability skills by engaging in intensive one-to-one coaching, world of work training such as work experience placements and taster sessions, and direct engagement with potential future employers.
