The Kusuma University Talks took place over two days at Bayside and Westside Schools. The talks aim to provide practical advice and guidance on writing personal statements to Year 13 students who are applying to university.
Jane Marshall from Optimising Futures led five Personal Statement writing workshops focusing on various subject areas including medicine, dentistry, STEM subjects, education, law, finance, economics, languages and the arts. Students applying to university with early entry or interview requirements, such as Oxford, Cambridge, medicine and dentistry were also given the opportunity of one-to-one sessions.
Jane Marshall commented; “My sincere thanks go to Kusuma Gibraltar for sponsoring this extremely worthwhile event to help students with their future pathways.”
