Applying for Excellence Awards 2025

Applications for 2025 have now closed – This page will remain open as a point of reference for applicants who applied before the deadline.

Each year we provide Excellence Prizes to high achieving students who perform exceptionally well at A-Level or undergraduate level and have obtained a place at a leading university. The prize is an incentive for high-achieving students to pursue their chosen subject and have the best possible opportunities to study at the best universities.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
– Minimum of 3 A grades (or equivalent) at A-level
– Offer from an academic institution which is regarded as excellent in the chosen field of study
– A track record of community/voluntary work or have made a significant contribution to your community.

This year our Excellence Awards opened for applications on Thursday 14 August 2025, to coincide with the release of A-Level results, and closed on Friday 19 September 2025.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted after the closing date and invited to attend an interview. This may be in person in our London offices (travel expenses will be reimbursed) or via an online video link.
