We are glad to announce a £60,000 grant to Bumblebee Conservation Trust for their exciting, multi-year project, Buzzing in the East End! “B.E.E.” will create, restore and improve a minimum of 200 hectares of land, which will provide habitat for bumblebees, and other wildlife, as well as mitigating against climate change with green roofs and wildflower meadows. The project will offer bespoke habitat management advice to community groups and landowners across the East of London and help local communities cope with climate change through the use of nature-based solutions.
