We are partnering with Fulham Palace Trust to support their project Going Green! We are thrilled to award a grant over £100,000 to this school and community project which will nurture positive relationships with nature for people living in urban areas.
Going Green will build a greenhouse for their vinery, build a pond to introduce new habitat onsite, provide one new apprenticeship per year to push forward with their biodiversity action plan, and provide training opportunities for staff and volunteers to undertake wildlife surveys. Fulham Palace will also engage over 500 Londoners in crucial biodiversity and sustainability work by trialing workshops with local community groups and schools free of charge.
We look forward to seeing this green space take shape and giving people the chance to interact with nature.
